On the cart page you’ll need to select the date for your delivery. Your order will be delivered on the selected date, in case something comes up and the delivery date changes, we’ll notify you personally. Additionally, on your selected delivery date you will get an ETA notificaion, when our drivers leave in the warehouse.

All payments are made through the Shopify platform, which is one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world for e-commerce.

You can select a specific delivery date, but unfortunately you cannot select a specific delivery timeslot, as our deliveries are optimized everyday based upon the location and numbers in any given date.

Refunds from merchants can take up to 7 days to be processed. It really depends on your bank. Some state that a refund may take up to 5 days to show on your statement, but they usually appear in a day or two.
