[BDW] Dried Roasted Filefish

The filefish fillet is a flat compressed fish with a slightly sweet and salty flavor and chewy texture. This combination makes it the perfect combination with an ice cold beer, indeed this is one of the favorite drinking snacks in Korea.


✔ Cooking Suggestion

- Lightly grill the filefish fillet in a dry pan on a low heat for about a minute or 2 per side.

- Use tongs and scissors to cut the fish with the grain into manageable strips

- Serve wtih Korean gochujang (chilli paste) and mayonnaise on the side.
