When ordering two weekly menus together, please take note of the following:

1. The delivery date for your order should be chosen based on the first menu's availability.

2. Please inform us of the delivery date for the second weekly menu by emailing support@ploma.io.

However, please be aware that even if you have already specified a date, if deliveries are concentrated on specific days, it may need to be adjusted unavoidably. In such cases, we will notify you in advance via email.

✔About the Chef

Chef Soojin Kim, of Seoul Korea, and a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco , was previously the head Sous Chef at Zynga in San Francisco until 2013 and worked in French Hotel Sofitel.  From 2013 until 2018 she operated Chez Maejoo Catering; serving daily lunches and special events to high tech firms in Silicon Valley. Former clients included Samsung, Evernote, Apple, Netflix, and DSSD. From 2018 to 2022, she operated Maejoo Restaurant too.

Customer Support

In the event of any product-related issues, please submit a related picture of the issue to support@ploma.io, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

1. Product-related problem: 

- Depending on the extent of the problem, we will respond accordingly with a reshipment, partial refund, or full refund. 

- Fresh/Refrigerated/Frozen Food: Please submit a photo indicative of the problem to support@ploma.io within 2 days of product receipt. 

- Other products and foods: Please submit a photo indicative of the problem to support@ploma.io within 7 days of product receipt.

2. Customer-error related problem: 

- Depending on the exact situation, there may be some difficulties in receiving a refund. We will work together with customers to resolve issues in a reasonable and fair manner.

- If an exchange or refund is required due to a customer's change of mind, a shipping cost of $7 shall be incurred.
