Birthdays, school acceptances, graduation, wedding anniversaries... Think about how many times you've felt sad that you've been unable to congratulate people back home because you're living abroad. Ploma wants to express these feelings for you. When you pay through Ploma, you can order quick delivery (fresh bouquets) or regular delivery (artificial delivery). Express your congratulations, gratitude, condolences, and love with a splendid bouquet for that season.
✔ Order methods
Enter the address in Korea and phone number for the shipping address and then send the below information to email@example.com
- Text for message card (30 characters or less)
- Date of delivery (Please inform us at least one week in advance.)
* Must be ordered seperately from products with US shipping addresses
✔ Important Information
- Fresh bouquet deliveries are limited to Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. (Delivery locations will be expanded in the future.)
- Flowers in fresh bouquets can be substituted without notice with similar colors or seasonal flowers according to floral supply situations, and refunds cannot be granted on this basis.
- Deliveries are made directly to recipients receiving deliveries with Quick vehicles.
- Refunds cannot be made due to delivery problems such as unknown addresses and inability to reach customers, so please make sure the delivery and contact information are correct.
- Deliveries of artificial flowers are made by parcel delivery, and it takes 1-3 business days after being released from inventory.
- The exact delivery date may vary depending on circumstances of the delivery company.
- While fresh flowers and artificial flowers include delivery fees, there may be added fees depending on the region. We will contact you separately if that happens.
- Customer Support
In the event of any product-related issues, please submit a related picture of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
1. Product-related problem:
- Depending on the extent of the problem, we will respond accordingly with a reshipment, partial refund, or full refund.
- Fresh/Refrigerated/Frozen Food: Please submit a photo indicative of the problem to email@example.com within 2 days of product receipt.
- Other products and foods: Please submit a photo indicative of the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of product receipt.
2. Customer-error related problem:
- Depending on the exact situation, there may be some difficulties in receiving a refund. We will work together with customers to resolve issues in a reasonable and fair manner.
- If an exchange or refund is required due to a customer's change of mind, a shipping cost of $7 shall be incurred.
