Sauce(sugar,water, soysauce, sake,orange,cabbage,carrot), spicy mayo(mayo,spicy paste),mustard, pickled ginger, wasabi

Direction – Bake
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Pour enough spicy many to cover the roll 
3. Broil/bake for about 5 minutes until spicy mayo start bubbling 
4. Add unagi sauce and mustard sauce and serve immediately with garnishment (green onion, sesame seeds)
