On the cart page you’ll need to select the date for your delivery. Your order will be delivered on the selected date, in case something comes up and the delivery date changes, we’ll notify you personally. Additionally, on your selected delivery date you will get an ETA notificaion, when our drivers leave in the warehouse.

All payments are made through the Shopify platform, which is one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world for e-commerce.

You can select a specific delivery date, but unfortunately you cannot select a specific delivery timeslot, as our deliveries are optimized everyday based upon the location and numbers in any given date.

In case of any errors in the delivered products, please contact support@ploma.io as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

We strive to provide the best quality services and products to all our customers. If for any reason the product or services did not live up to your expectations, then please contact support@ploma.io with a photo of your product and a description on why you were not satisfied.

You can add more items to your order as long as it is before noon in the day prior to your delivery date. If you'd like to edit your order, then please e-mail support@ploma.io with your order number and what items you'd like to add (including quantity).

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust orders after a payment has been made. In order to use your coupon code, you can either cancel your order and make a new one, or simply save the coupon for your next order.

You can enter your coupon code in the discount code section at the checkout page.

If you used any coupon when you place an order, then the coupon amount is calculated as a percentage of your total order value and the effective discount is deducted from the value of the refunded item. 

For example if your total order value is $100, and you used a $10 off coupon it means that your effective discount of all products is 10.0%. In case you return a product worth $10, you'd get 90.0% of the amount refunded to your account, reflecting the actual cash spent on the product.

You can also check here for your actual discount rate. 

Refunds from merchants can take up to 7 days to be processed. It really depends on your bank. Some state that a refund may take up to 5 days to show on your statement, but they usually appear in a day or two. You should also check with your bank because most credit cards have return protection plans.
